Custom Modded High Performance Gaming Systems #BuildWithAORUS
AORUS has been leading the market with powerful gaming hardware and continues to bring outstanding modding PC’s to the community. This time, AORUS has brought extreme inspirations to life at the AORUS sponsored TAGMods Formula 1 Heineken Australian Grand Prix Booth, AORUS and TAGMods presented some truly outstanding, custom modded systems.
These systems matched the raw horsepower that was doing laps around the circuit outside thanks to the top tier hardware that was skilfully assembled in each unique system
CarbonRev Wheel PC
This custom gaming rig is truly a work of art and was the main showstopper at the booth.
Nothing could be a better match for the Formula 1 Heineken Australian Grand Prix than a 20 inch, single piece carbon fibre wheel that was made by CarbonRev for the Shelby GT 500 Mustang. Inside this piece of engineering beauty was a top of the line, high performance gaming PC.
Seeing as this Shelby GT 500 Mustang wheel is a feat of precision engineering, TAGMods had to make sure that the PC that was going to be housed inside it matched this level of precision. TAGMods commented "The wheel is a high-performance part and we really wanted to make the PC hardware high-performance as well. Because of that we're running AORUS hardware".
Laser cut 10mm acrylic was used in order to give the internal PC a floating effect and made it look as though the computer was suspended in air inside of the wheel. In order to ensure that the PC hardware fit perfectly inside of the 20 inch wheel, a TAGMods engineer used 3D CAD software to ensure that everything fit like a glove.
The creative ingenuity of the CarbonRev Wheel PC was highlighted by the fact that the suspended PC is attached to the Shelby GT 500 Mustang wheel but the original wheel lugs. In order to power on the CarbonRev Wheel PC you only need to press the top wheel lug which acts as the power button for the gaming PC.
To complete the amazing look of the CarbonRev Wheel PC, a low profile tyre was fitted to the 20 inch, carbon fibre Shelby GT 500 Mustang wheel rim.
In order to match the high precision look and style of the wheel, high performance PC hardware needed to be used to give it the power that it needs. The PC is powered by a Z690I AORUS ULTRA DDR4 Motherboard and Intel® Core™ i9-12900K Processor, AORUS GeForce RTX™ 3080 Ti MASTER GPU, and 16GB of AORUS DDR4 RGB Memory. Also powering this stunning rig is, Seagate FireCuda 530 1TB NVMe M.2 SSD,, CORSAIR SF750 PSU, CORSAIR Hydro X Series Water Cooling.
